Terms and Conditions of use

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the platform. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions, please do not use the platform.The term ‘platform’ refers to the services and website associated with the iseegogo brand.
1. General
1.1 This agreement and all attached or referenced schedules and addenda (if any ) are an agreement between you and IseeGoGo.com
1.2 The service is intended and can only be used by:
(a) Individuals who, by local law, already have a legally binding contract under applicable law, and
(b) any individual who is a minor under local law and is under the consent and direct supervision of his or her legal guardian, all transactions under this agreement shall be deemed to have the consent of his or her legal guardian, who shall be responsible for any and all activities of such individual under this agreement.
2. Enter the platform
2.1 If you wish to access the platform and the IseeGoGo services, you should create an account with IseeGoGo in accordance with the registration process. Upon successful registration, you may access the platform and the IseeGoGo services by logging into your account, IseeGoGo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny you access to the platform and the IseeGoGo services or any part thereof. During the registration process, you may be asked to provide additional verification or information.
2.2 You shall be solely responsible for the confidentiality and protection of your account username and password and shall immediately notify IseeGoGo of any unauthorized access to your account. any instructions, notices, or confirmations received by IseeGoGo from your account shall be deemed to have been given by you and IseeGoGo shall not be responsible for actions taken in reliance on instructions, notices, or confirmations sent through your account. IseeGoGo has no obligation to investigate the authenticity or authority of the person sending/executing the instruction, notice, or confirmation, or to verify the completeness of such instruction, notice, or confirmation
2.3 You should closely monitor all activities and transactions conducted through your account and take all steps and measures to check and verify the transaction history of your account. you should immediately notify IseeGoGo.
2.4 Please do not create any account on behalf of or impersonate another person. If IseeGoGo discovers that such a fraudulent account has been created, IseeGoGo reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and to take any further remedial action, including but not limited to notifying the appropriate authorities, IseeGoGo does not assume any responsibility.
3. Use of platform/IseeGoGo service
3.1 In consideration of your agreement to the terms of this agreement, IseeGoGo grants you the non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the platform and the IseeGoGo services only within the scope necessary for this agreement. The platform and/or the IseeGoGo services may not be commercialized in any way.
3.2 References to the IseeGoGo platform/services shall include any part thereof. Except as otherwise provided in this agreement or with the prior written consent of IseeGoGo, you shall not, and shall not try, either by yourself or by allowing any third party:
(a) Use the IseeGoGo platform/service in any illegal way, for any illegal purpose, or in any way inconsistent with or not authorized by this agreement, or in a fraudulent or malicious manner;
(b) Access any data or information that is not intended for you, including, but not limited to, logging into servers or accounts that you do not have access to;
(c) Use any device, software, or program to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform, and/or transmit or distribute any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data to or through the platform or any operating system;
(d) Misuse, abuse or hack any aspect of the IseeGoGo platform/services in any way, or otherwise compromise the integrity of the IseeGoGo software or systems;
(e) Use the IseeGoGo platform/services in a manner that: (i) damages, disables, overloads, corrupts, or compromises the systems, software, and/or security of IseeGoGo; (ii) interferes with other users’ access to the IseeGoGo platform/services.
4. Payment, renewal, and refund.
4.1 Payment. You must provide accurate and up-to-date payment information. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to store it until you request deletion. If your payment fails, we suspect fraud or Paid Services are otherwise not paid for or paid for on time, we may immediately cancel or revoke your access to Paid Services without notice to you.
4.2 Renewal. The default is manual renewal. You can change the manual renewal to auto-renewal in the subscription-view. Automatic Renewal, by enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge the then-applicable fees and Taxes for each subsequent subscription period until the subscription is canceled. If you received a discount, used a coupon code, or subscribed during a free trial or promotion, your subscription will automatically renew for the full price of the subscription at the end of the discount period. This means that unless you cancel a subscription, it’ll automatically renew and we’ll charge your payment method(s). You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of any shorter subscription period. You can view your renewal date(s), cancel, or manage subscriptions in your settings or by contacting the support team.
4.3 Fees and Changes. We may change our fees at any time in accordance with these Terms and requirements under applicable law. This means that we may change our fees going forward, start charging fees for Services that were previously free, or remove or update features or functionality that were previously included in the fees. If you don’t agree with the changes, you must cancel your Paid Service.
4.4 Refunds. We have a refund policy for some of our Paid Services, and we’ll also provide refunds.

5. Personal information
5.1 All personal data collected by IseeGoGo will be processed by IseeGoGo in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the platform.
5.2 If any data or information provided to you by IseeGoGo and/or collected or processed by you on behalf of IseeGoGo under this agreement contains personal data, you agree to (Ⅰ) comply with the required Privacy Policy and not cause IseeGoGo to violate its Privacy Policy (as a “Data User”),(Ⅱ) comply with IseeGoGo’s personal data protection policy as published from time to time, (Ⅲ) provide IseeGoGo with access to any personal data as reasonably requested by IseeGoGo, and (Ⅳ) notify IseeGoGo immediately in accordance with this agreement if you find a violation or possible violation of your obligations with respect to the processing of personal data.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 “Confidential Information” means all information of any kind, whether in machine-readable or visually-readable form, verbal or otherwise, provided by or on behalf of the Disclosing Party to the Recipient, whether or not it is marked “Confidential”. whether before or after the commencement of the term of this agreement. Confidential Information shall include, but not be limited to, technical information, data, proprietary technology, information relating to the business of the disclosing party or its respective affiliates, trade secrets, revenue or income information, marketing strategies, financial condition and operations, and any other information.
6.2 All confidential information shall be used solely for the purposes of this agreement.
6.3 These terms shall remain effective after the termination or expiration of this agreement for any reason.
7. Warranty, non-availability, and disclaimer
7.1 Information provided to you through the platform or the IseeGoGo services may be provided to IseeGoGo by third parties, and while IseeGoGo will use reasonable efforts to ensure that such information is communicated to you in the original form provided by the third party, IseeGoGo does not guarantee that the data is accurate, complete, reliable, original, current or error-free.
7.2 With respect to the use of the platform and/or the IseeGoGo services, IseeGoGo does not guarantee that.s
(a) The functionality contained in the platform and/or IseeGoGo services will meet your requirements;
(b) The platform and/or IseeGoGo services will operate without interruption or error;
(c) Any defects in the platform and/or IseeGoGo services will be corrected;
(d) The platform is free of viruses, bugs, online disruptions, or other harmful threats. It is your responsibility to implement all necessary security and virus protection measures on your computer or mobile device prior to accessing the platform.
8. Force majeure
8.1 IseeGoGo shall not be liable to you for any delay in performance or failure to perform its obligations under this agreement or for any deemed breach of this agreement if the delay or failure is due to any cause beyond IseeGoGo’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to.
(a) Fire, natural disaster, storm, explosion, earthquake, flood, storm, accident, or another natural disaster;
(b) War or threat of war, sabotage, civil commotion, or requisition;
(c) Any action, restriction, regulation, rule, prohibition, or measure taken by any government, council, or local authority;
(d) Strikes, lockouts, or other industrial actions or trade disputes;
(e) Difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labor, fuel, parts, or machinery;
(f) Interruptions or failures of telecommunications, traffic, power or systems, or machine failures affecting the platform, IseeGoGo services, or any part thereof.
9. IseeGoGo rights and suspension
9.1 Without prejudice to any other rights that IseeGoGo may have under this agreement or by law, IseeGoGo shall have the right immediately (without prior notice) to.
(a) Suspend or stop your access to the platform and/or the IseeGoGo services;
(b) Remove any information submitted, uploaded, or transmitted by you to or through the platform;
(c) Suspend or restrict any or all activities and/or transactions associated with your account;
(d) Withhold, hold, or forfeit any amounts due to you;
In the event of any of the following.
(a) IseeGoGo determines that your performance of any sales contract is not in IseeGoGo’s sole discretion;
(b) IseeGoGo reasonably believes that your use of the platform and/or the IseeGoGo services will interfere with other user’s use or enjoyment of the platform or the IseeGoGo services;
(c) You are found to have violated any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, or IseeGoGo has reasonable grounds to suspect that you may have committed any such violation.
10. Termination
10.1 Without prejudice to any other rights IseeGoGo may have under this agreement or by law, IseeGoGo may terminate this agreement immediately by written notice if
(a) You violated any of the terms and conditions of this agreement and fail to cure such breach within thirty (30) days after written notice from IseeGoGo.
10.2 Without prejudice to any other rights and remedies that IseeGoGo may have under this agreement or at law, upon termination.
(a) All rights granted to you under this agreement will terminate;
(b) You shall immediately cease all activities authorized by this agreement;
(c) Upon IseeGoGo’s request, you shall immediately destroy or return all IseeGoGo confidential Information in your possession and certify to IseeGoGo that you have done so.
11. Changes
11.1 IseeGoGo reserves the right at any time to add, delete, amend or modify this agreement or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions, including, without limitation, increased access and usage fees. Such additions, deletions, modifications, or changes shall be effective immediately upon receipt of the notice. Methods of notice may include but are not limited to, posting on the platform, by email or regular mail, or any other means. Your use of the platform and/or IseeGoGo services after the issuance of such notice shall be deemed acceptance of this agreement and such additions, deletions, amendments, or modifications.
11.2 You shall immediately notify IseeGoGo, If you do not agree to any such addition, deletion, amendment, or modification unless otherwise agreed by IseeGoGo, this agreement shall be deemed terminated after you notify IseeGoGo of the disagreement.
11.3 IseeGoGo reserves the right to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the platform and/or IseeGoGo services at any time, including, but not limited to, the content, available time, and equipment required for access and use.
11.4 Any modification or change of this agreement by you shall be void unless agreed to in writing by both parties.
12. Notification
12.1 An address, email address, or fax provided to the other party by notice from the other party or through the platform. Notice shall be deemed to have been delivered (a) if delivered personally, on the next business day after delivery; (b) if delivered by registered mail or courier, five (5) days after delivery; and (c) if sent by fax or email, on a business day after successful transmission of the fax or mail, if sent before 5:00 p.m., the notice shall be deemed to have been delivered. If sent after 5:00 p.m. or on a non-business day, it is the next business day.
12.2 Except as otherwise agreed or stipulated in this agreement, all notices and other communications to either party under this agreement shall be in written form and shall be valid and sufficient when sent or sent in the following manner.
If sent to you through IseeGoGo
(a) By posting, publishing, or sending notices on or through the relevant platform;
(b) By email to the email address provided or notified by you;
(c) Published in a newspaper;
(e) Email support@iseegogo.com
13. No partnership/agent
13.1 Nothing in this agreement shall be established or be deemed to establish a joint venture or partnership between the parties. Neither party shall have the authority to act, make statements, or bind or enter into contracts on behalf of the other party.
14. Applicable law
14.1 This agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of China with respect to its formation, validity, and performance. The parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of China.
15. Survival
15.1 The contracts, conditions, and terms of this agreement can take effect and continue in force by their nature after the termination or expiration of this agreement.
16. General Terms
If this T&C Policy is translated into any other language and there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English version of this Privacy Policy and the translated version, the English version will prevail.
