Refunds Request
If you believe that buying a product was not the right decision,you can request a refund by clicking the “refund” button on orders. the following is the refund policy:

Refund rules for prepaid subscriptions
Prepaid products include: Disney.
1. The subscription of the prepaid product is within 48 hours of the order creation, and refund applications are supported.

*Example: Your order was created at 09:00 on January 1, 2023, and you can apply for a refund before 09:00 on January 3, 2023.

2. 48 hours after the order for prepaid products is created, the refund application process is closed. We also no longer accept any refund requests by contacting customer service.
Refund rules for non-prepaid subscriptions

Refund rules for non-prepaid subscriptions
Non-prepaid products include: Netflix, YouTube.
1. The subscription of the non-prepaid product is within 14days of the order creation, and refund applications are supported.

*Example: Your order was created at 09:00 on January 1, 2023, and you can apply for a refund before 09:00 on January 15, 2023.

2. 15days after the order for prepaid products is created, the refund application process is closed. We also no longer accept any refund requests by contacting customer service.

The principle of refund amount
The amount of refund you will get = order amount/total duration of the order * remaining time of the order-the handling fee required for payment and refund. The exact charges are subject to the payment and refund rules of each payment channel.

*Example: Your order was created at 09:00 on January 1, 2023, the duration of the order is 30days, the amount is 10$. You applied for a refund on January 11, 2023. The amount of refund you get is=10$/30days*20days – handling fee

Requesting a Refund
Go to IseeGoGo.com > Account > Orders History.

Select the order number of the product you want to refund.
Select the “View” button to visit the order details page.
Note: The refund option is only available during the refund period allowed by the refund rules above.
Click the “Request Refund” button to Request a refund. A Refund Request Form displays.
Write a refund reason for the refund request.
Submit Request Refund.

Payment of refunds
Your request will be processed and refunded to your credit card or original method of payment. This generally takes up to 7-10 working days since your request has been approved.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially issued. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

General Terms
If this Refund Policy is translated into any other language and there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English version of this Privacy Policy and the translated version, the English version will prevail.
