How are the sales tracked?

All sales are tracked using the visitor’s IP address and the use of cookies. We understand that visitors might not convert instantly. So, we offer a 90-day long tracking cookie to ensure you get the commission for the sale you have referred. Meanwhile, your referred visitors’ account are linked to your affiliate account, you will receive a lifetime commission based on referrer actions.

Can I Purchase using my own referral link?

No, you cannot use your own link to make a purchase. Your purchase will not be eligible for the commission.

Which sales are valid for an affiliate commission?

Only sales which originate from your website, blog, or social media profiles using your affiliate link or banner will be awarded an affiliate commission. Anyone found to be abusing the system will be terminated and/or not receive commission payments.

Does it cost me anything to become an affiliate?

Our affiliate program is free to join, there are no monthly charges and no minimum sales requirements.

How Does It Work?

The affiliate program handles the affiliate accounts by tracking which affiliates have referred visitors to the website, and rewards them with a specific commission based on what the referred visitor did on the website (purchases etc). Affiliates use the affiliate referral link/URL to promote current website or products. Specific affiliates are tracked because their IDs or usernames are appended to their URL, therefore the system can track which affiliate link brought a customer to your website. If the customer successfully completes a conversion (i.e. a sale), a referral will be generated and the affiliate will be awarded a commission.

How Long Will a Customer Be Attributed to My Account?

Occasionally, it takes customers a few of days to make their purchase. Bearing this in mind, we have your customers locked-in for 90 days!

Do I need a website to get started?

No, you can share your affiliate link via email or on social media such as Facebook, Twitter, etc.

When Do I Get Paid?

We pay you via Stripe by the 20th of each month.
