Disney’s Encanto Takes Center Stage at Disneyland Park

For fans of Disney’s enchanting masterpiece, Encanto, there’s exciting news from Disney Park that will elevate your experience. Following its Oscar win for Best Animated Feature, a new sing-along version of Encanto is now available on Disney+. But that’s not all – get ready for an immersive celebration of Encanto at Disneyland Park.

“The Adam Project” becomes one of the most-watched Netflix originals with 233.15 million views in its first 28 days, securing Ryan Reynolds’ third entry in the top 10 most-watched Netflix Originals.

Encanto’s heartwarming storyline follows the Madrigal family in a magical realm, and its success has placed it among Disney’s post-pandemic hits. Despite a strong start at the global box office, it truly went “viral” after its Disney+ release, with the chart-topping song “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” making history on the US Billboard Top 200 charts.

In a modern upgrade to Disneyland’s “it’s a small world” ride, the catchy melody of “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” will surprise visitors in April. The song, a chart-topping sensation, is the first Disney song to achieve this since 1992.

Starting April 11, the iconic “it’s a small world” facade will come to life with a short video celebrating the success of “We Don’t Talk About Bruno.” The enchanting display includes lighting, projection effects, and creative visuals inspired by the lyrics, showcasing memorable characters from the film.

This limited-time experience mirrors the magical transformations of the Madrigal family’s Casita, adding a touch of modernity to the classic ride. Hurry, as these captivating moments will be available for a limited time at Disneyland park.

Additionally, on April 22, the “Main Street Electrical Parade” returns to Disneyland Park to celebrate its 50th anniversary. The parade features a grand epilogue with stylized footage from various Disney and Pixar films, including Encanto. The float depicts scenes with Mirabel, Antonio, and dazzling lights representing the Casita and Miracle Candle.

Last year, “it’s a small world” faced a potential year-long closure due to flooding damage, but Disneyland managed to reopen it in time for the holiday season. Don’t miss the chance to immerse yourself in the magic of Encanto at Disneyland Park and rediscover the timeless charm of “it’s a small world.”
